What does a tiny grain of wheat have to do with a pancake on your plate? In Fantastic Flour, pupils discover the answer through an exciting, hands-on journey from field → mill → flour → food.

Children handle and investigate real wheat grain. What does it look, feel and smell like? Where does it come from?
🌱 FROM FIELD TO FLOUR
Working together, pupils discover the journey of wheat from growing and harvesting to milling and baking.
⚙️ BECOME A MILLER
Children experience how grain is transformed into flour using milling equipment. They’ll explore the difference between human power, water power and modern machinery.
🥣 THE PANCAKE CHALLENGE
Now it’s time to put the flour to work! Pupils measure, mix, make their own pancake batter before watching it cook.
